This Privacy Policy explains how Bizi Digital Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information through Dominican Dental Guide (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are

Our data is processed in Finland (in the European Union), on our hosting provider’s servers; if you are in the US, Canada, or elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed there.
2. Information we collect
You give us: your email address when you request a guide, and, if you request a quote, your name, contact details (such as email, phone, or WhatsApp number), and treatment information you choose to share (such as the procedure, budget, timeline, and where you are travelling from). Do not send us detailed medical records or images through the Site unless a clinic specifically requests them.
Collected automatically: standard technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, the page you signed up from, and referring links, via cookies and analytics tools.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive information beyond the treatment interest you volunteer, and we ask you not to submit health records to us.
3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your information to: respond to your guide or quote request; connect you with clinics you have asked to be connected with; operate, secure, and improve the Site; send you the guide and, where permitted and with your consent, related updates you can opt out of at any time; and comply with law.
Where consent is the basis (such as marketing emails), you may withdraw it at any time. Where we rely on legitimate interests or performing your request, we do so consistently with applicable US state law and Canada's PIPEDA.
4. How we share it
With clinics, when you ask. The core of the quote service is that, when you submit a quote request, we share the details you provide with one or more independent clinics so they can respond to you. Those clinics are separate businesses and use your information under their own privacy practices, which we do not control. If you only request the guide, we do not share your details with clinics.
With service providers who help us run the Site (such as hosting, email delivery, and analytics), under contracts limiting their use of the data.
For legal reasons, if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Certain data-sharing (for example, connecting you with clinics, or analytics and advertising cookies) may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under some US state laws; you can opt out as described below.
5. Your rights
If you are in the United States (including under California's CCPA/CPRA and similar laws in states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access or delete it, to correct it, to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" and of targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
If you are in Canada (under PIPEDA and provincial laws), you may have the right to access the personal information we hold, to ask that it be corrected, and to withdraw consent, subject to legal limits.

6. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for the Site to function, to measure traffic, and, if enabled, for advertising. 7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. Guide subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Site is for adults and is not directed to children under 18 (or the higher age set by your local law). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International users
If you access the Site from outside Finland (in the European Union), you consent to your information being transferred to and processed there, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy. The "Last updated" date will change, and material changes will be notified on the Site where required.
